MVHS Weight Loss Center holds a required nutrition class offered on the following days and times:
- Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Thursdays at 3 p.m.

Meet our Dietitian

Kristen Conway, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian, by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, since 2015. As a bariatric dietitian, Kristen counsels patients on weight loss, educates and prepares them for bariatric surgery, monitors the nutrition status of patients after surgery and teaches pre-operative education classes. She also facilitates support groups on nutrition topics and participates in a multidisciplinary team.
Education
Kristen received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York; her master’s degree in dietetics from SUNY College at Oneonta in Oneonta, New York; and completed 1,200 hours in a coordinated internship program in dietetics.
