MHVS provides many outpatient rehabilitation services from Physical, Occupational, Speech and Hand therapies to Audiology, Pediatric and Cardiac Rehab services, all at our Faxton Campus.
Please use the main entrance located on Bennett Street, where parking is available directly across the street.
The Hearing and Speech Department is located on the B level of the building. It features private therapy rooms, sound proof testing booths and private hearing aid fitting offices.
Hours of Service
Outpatient rehabilitation services are available Monday through Friday throughout the day and during extended hours to meet your needs. Please call for appointment availability.
