Senior Network Health
A program designed to maintain the health and safety of our adult population, as well as to delay, and if possible, avoid the need for nursing home placement. Through collaboration with community agencies, we develop individualized care
plans for each member that provide the optimal setting for a healthy and safe environment in one’s own home.
Visiting Nurse Association of Utica & Oneida County
An agency certified by federal and state regulations to provide skilled home care services. Our nurses, aides, therapists (physical, occupational and speech), medical social workers and nutritionists assist in adaptation to a new or chronic disease.
Mohawk Valley Health Support Services
Provides respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our staff of licensed professionals is committed to providing exceptional service, with the most up to date equipment to handle all your healthcare needs.
