Dr. Betro-Shkane received her Doctor of Osteopathy from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, completed an Osteopathic Internship at the St. Elizabeth-University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) Osteopathic Internship program and her Residency at the Bassett-St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Program and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Utica University.

Dr. Munir received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at St. John’s University in New York. Dr. Munir completed his Family Medicine residency at MVHS.
Janki Patel, MD

Dr. Patel received her medical degree from American University of Antigua. She completed her residency at MVHS and completed her Geriatric Fellowship at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Health System. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, California.
Nay Linn Aung, MD

Dr. Aung received his medical degree from the Institution of Medicine-1 in Yangon, Burma. He completed his residency at MVHS. Dr. Aung also completed the Diabetes Fellowship at East Carolina University in North Carolina.

Leo Sullivan, MD, FACS

Dr. Sullivan received his medical degree from New York University in New York, New York. He completed both his internship and residency in Surgery at New York University and an additional residency in General/Vascular Surgery at Staten Island Hospital in Staten Island, New York.
Dr. Sullivan is also a Medical Director of our Trauma Center.

Dr. Wigderson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, New York, and fellowships in Orthopedic Trauma at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, New York, and in Orthopedics at Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, New York. He also completed a rotating internship at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan.

Dr. Cooper received her medical degree at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia, and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and her Associate of Applied Science from Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, New York, in Business Administration.
Katherine Warden, PhD

Katherine Warden, PhD, earned her doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology and her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University, California School of Forensic Studies in Fresno, California. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at State University of New York at Cortland in Cortland, New York. Katherine Warden is a licensed psychologist and a Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) Facilitator, having completed BIP Facilitator training and domestic violence training. She also serves as the director of the Behavioral Medicine Program at MVHS.
