Mark Martens, MD, FACOG, DipABLM
Program Director
Dr. Martens received his Doctor of Medicine from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut and his fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology infectious diseases, at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining MVHS, Dr. Martens served as the Chief Academic Office and Designated Institutional Official at Tower Health in Reading, Pennsylvania. Dr. Martens is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has additional certification from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine as an ABLM Diplomate and North American Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP). Dr. Martens has extensive experience in research and scholarly activity, having served as Principal Investigator in over 200 studies and published almost 200 publications.
Dumisa Adams, MD, MPA, FACOG
Medical Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dr. Adams received her medical degree from University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada, where she also completed an internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has also received an Executive Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. She has more than 20 years of experience.
Rose Antilus, MD
Dr. Antilus has more than 15 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty. Dr. Antilus earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and has served in leadership roles in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance for several years, prior to joining MVHS. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Jerome Rosenstein, MD
Dr. Rosenstein has more than 32 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty and specializes in providing care to women across the continuum of care, including prenatal, antepartum and postpartum gynecological care. He also provides support and care to women through the perimenopause and menopausal processes.
Dr. Rosenstein earned his medical degree from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He performed his OB/GYN residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Prabhat K. Ahluwalia, MD
Dr. Ahluwalia has more than 40 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty and earned his medical degree from Kanpur University in India. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Detroit-Macomb Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and was the Director of the Fellowship in Advanced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery for 16 years. Dr. Ahluwalia is currently the Chief Gynecologist at St. Elizabeth medical Center and Chairman of the Department of Perinatology at Little Falls Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Lora L. Papandrea, MD
Dr. Antilus has more than 15 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty. Dr. Antilus earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and has served in leadership roles in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance for several years, prior to joining MVHS. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Muzeyyen Ercanli, MD
Dr. Ercanli has more than 15 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty and joins MVHS from Heights Medical, a private practice in Brooklyn, New York. She specializes in providing care to women across the continuum of care, including prenatal, antepartum and postpartum gynecological care. She also provides support and care to women through the perimenopause and menopausal processes.
Dr. Ercanli earned her medical degree from Uludag University in Bursa, Turkey. She performed her OB/GYN residency at Suleymaniye Maternity and Women’s Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed an additional OB/GYN residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Jeannette Green, MD
Dr. Green received her Doctorate of Medicine with distinction in research from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. She served her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining MVHS, Dr. Green was a provider with Garnet Health in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. She has more than two years of experience.
Courtney Pineau, MD
Dr. Pineau received her Doctorate of Medicine and Master of Science at Saba University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Mukesh D. Shah, MD

Christopher J. Fabricant, MD
Dr. Fabricant received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and served his residencies in obstetrics and gynecology at Jersey Shore Medical Center and State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Fabricant completed his fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
Paul G. Matta, DO, FACOG
Dr. Matta received his doctor of osteopathic medicine deree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Medical College and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal medicine.
Renee Mestad, MD, MSCI
Dr. Mestad earned her medical degree from Kansas University Medical Center School of Medicine and Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences School of Medicine and her fellowship in family planning at the Washington University School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
John Nosovitch, MD
Dr. Nosovitch earned his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas and his Maternal-Fetal medicine fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Mary Cunningham, MD
Dr. Cunningham earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Cunningham is the Director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the Section Chief of Robotic Surgery at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.
Allen Morgan, MD, FACOG
Dr. Morgan is the Medical Director of Morgan Fertility and Reproductive Medicine in Lakewood, New Jersey. He earned his medical degree from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines. Dr. Morgan completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jersey City Medical Center and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Morgan is the Division Head of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program with Hackensack Merididan University Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
Dimitrios S. Mastrogiannis, MD, PhD, MBA, FACOG
Dr. Mastrogiannis is the Chief of Maternal Fetal Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He earned his medical degree and doctorate in science-pharmacology from University of Patras in Greece and Northwestern University Medical School and MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Mastrogiannis completed his residency in internal medicine at Laguardia Hospital in New York, NY and obstetrics and gynecology at Nassau University medical Center, where he served as the Administrative Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal medicine.
