Michelle Gray, MS, OT/L, CHT, is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with a passion for helping individuals restore their capabilities and improve quality of life through specialized upper extremity rehabilitation. With more than 17 years of experience, Michelle is known for a personalized, evidence based approach to treating complex hand conditions. She is originally from the Syracuse area but has practiced in various other parts of the country including Hawaii and California, blending diverse life experiences with clinic expertise. As a proud parent of four, she balances her professional life with the joys and challenges of a busy household. Additionally, Michelle enjoys learning about and caring for a variety of reptiles – an unusual and rewarding hobby that reflects her love for science in combination with hands-on care.
