Christopher Bruns, OT, is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals regain independence and function across a wide spectrum of care settings. Christopher is originally from upstate New York in the Utica area and earned his Masters Degree at Utica College in Occupational Therapy in 2016. His career has been driven by a deep commitment to client-centered care, clinical excellence, and adaptive problem-solving. Bruns began his professional journey at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital, where he served on the spinal cord injury team and provided general Occupational Therapy services from 2016-2018. Christopher spent six years in North Carolina, performing home visits with patients and their families, helping to navigate recovery in their most vulnerable moments.
Bruns has since returned to upstate New York and joined Mohawk Valley Health System, where he currently practices as an outpatient Occupational Therapy hand therapist. Specializing in pre- and post-surgical care for upper extremity/hand conditions such as fractures, sprains, tendon injuries, nerve compressions, arthritis, and more.
