Barbara Baltzer, MS, ANP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with MVHS Women’s Health Services at Medical Arts Campus.
Prior to joining MVHS, she practiced with OB/GYN Associates of Central New York in Utica, where she cared for patients for more than 25 years. Prior to that, she practiced with Dr. Vali in Utica and began her career in Labor and Delivery at Oneida Healthcare in Oneida, New York.
Baltzer earned her Nursing degree from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, and completed her Nurse Practitioner certification at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, New York. Baltzer is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.
