Mohawk Valley Endoscopy Center (MVEC) is Central New York’s first state of the art ambulatory gastrointestinal endoscopy center. MVEC opened in 2011 as a collaboration of Digestive Disease Medicine, Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare and St. Elizabeth Medical Center. On September 1, 2023, MVEC became an outpatient department of Mohawk Valley Health System.
MVEC provides gastrointestinal procedural and healthcare excellence in a personalized and comfortable 13,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The physicians of the Digestive Disease Medicine group perform outpatient endoscopy procedures at the center with anesthesia support. Our team of specialists and staff strive to improve our patients’ overall health by focusing on preventing, diagnosing and treating conditions associated with your digestive system.
