Michael Lynskey, MD, is the associate program director of the Psychiatry Residency Program.
Dr. Lynskey has worked with the Donald J. Mitchell Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Rome, New York, providing psychiatric services to patients of the clinic. He also has provided psychiatric services to the Onondaga Nation.
Dr. Lynskey earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed a residency in Psychiatry also at Upstate Medical University.
