Dr. Warfel is the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program Director, and Director of Medical Education for Mohawk Valley Health System.
He is a graduate of the St. Elizabeth Hospital Family Medicine Program. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians; and member of the New York State Academy of Family Practice; Medical Society of the State of New York; the Oneida County Medical Society; American College of Physician Executives; American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association.
