Dr. Mathews received his medical degree from University of Rome (Rome, Italy). He is a graduate of St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Utica, NY and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Manhattan College, Bronx, NY. Dr. Mathews also completed a fellowship at the University of Arizona in Complementary Integrative Medicine.
