Jennifer Fields, MS, FNP-C, CWS, is a family nurse practitioner with MVHS Immune Health and Prevention.
Prior to joining MVHS, Fields served as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Wound Care specialist at Rome Health Wound Care Center in Rome, New York. She also served as a family nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood in Rome, New York and as a charge nurse and Critical Care nurse at Rome Memorial Hospital in Rome, New York. Fields also worked as a sexual assault nurse examiner for the Child Advocacy Center in Utica and as a Family Practice Clinic charge nurse at the Naval Hospital in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina.
Fields earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing at St. Elizabeth College of Nursing (SECON) in Utica and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Family Health both from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, New York.
