Danielle Siuta-Constantine, BSN, RN, MS, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with the Vascular Surgery Group. Prior to joining MVHS as a family nurse practitioner, Siuta-Constantine held roles as a registered nurse with MVHS in the Medical-Surgical Unit and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Siuta-Constantine earned her Nursing degree from St. Elizabeth College (SECON) of Nursing in Utica, New York; her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona; and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Utica University in Utica, New York.
