The Imaging Department will begin providing imaging services at the Medical Office Building on Monday, October 27, 2025
The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Imaging Department will open a new, state-of-the-art MVHS Imaging Center at the Medical Office Building (MOB) located at 601 State Street, Utica, Suite 101. This modern facility will begin providing imaging services on Monday, October 27, 2025.
All imaging services previously provided at the Faxton Campus will transition to the new Imaging Center as of that date. All patients with scheduled appointments have been or will be notified of the change in location.
As of October 27, the MVHS Imaging Department at Faxton will be temporarily closed in order to complete the setup and operational transition of the new facility, with the goal of resuming limited imaging services at Faxton in the near future. These services will include CT, ultrasound and general x-ray on a reduced schedule once operations are ready to reopen. PET scans will only be available at the downtown MOB location.
