Three new doctors join the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Medical Group as family physicians.

Hoda Rahmani, MD, received her medical degree from the American University of Antigua (AUA), Antigua and Barbuda. She completed her residency at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Utica, New York. Dr. Rahmani joins the MVHS Waterville Medical Office located at 358 Madison Street in Waterville, New York. The office can be reached at 315-841-4973.

Manoraj Ratnaraj, MD, received his medical degree from Tver State Medical University in Tver, Russia. He completed his residency at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Utica, New York. Dr. Ratnaraj joins the MVHS Oneida Medical Office located at 131 Main Street, Oneida, New York, and is accepting new patients. The office can be reached at 315-366-3700.

Mario Wassel, MD, received his medical degree from Spartan Health Sciences University in Saint Lucia. He completed his residency at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Utica, New York. Dr. Wassel joins the MVHS Barneveld Medical Office located at 7980 NY-12 in Barneveld, New York. He is not accepting new patients at this time.

Drs. Rahmani, Ratnaraj and Wassel are graduates of the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency program. This educational program helps to recruit and retain physicians who will provide continuous care to the communities of this region. The addition of these physicians to the MVHS Medical Group allows more new patients to be seen locally.
