The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) will host a bi-monthly Man-to-Man Cancer Support Group series designed to provide men with a welcoming space to share experiences, find encouragement and connect with others navigating cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
The group will meet on the following dates:
- Thursday, April 9, 2026
- Thursday, June 11, 2026
- Thursday, August 13, 2026
- Thursday, October 8, 2026
- Thursday, December 10, 2026
Meetings are held from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the MVHS Faxton Campus, in the Weaver Conference Room on the first floor.
This open discussion group offers participants the opportunity to share their personal journeys or simply listen and learn from others who understand the challenges of cancer. Men who are currently undergoing treatment as well as those who are navigating life after cancer are encouraged to attend.
The group will be facilitated by male staff members from the Faxton Campus, helping create a supportive and comfortable environment for open conversation. Refreshments will be provided.
Participants should park in the Bennett Street lot at 1675 Bennett Street, Utica, and take the Green Elevator to the first floor to reach the Weaver Conference Room.
