The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Rome and Oneida Medical Offices will be hosting two informational sessions to help patients understand and register for MyChart, which provides secure online access to electronic medical records.
At this free event, MVHS staff can assist with MyChart registration and explore the benefits and features of MyChart, including:
- How to view your medical information and test results;
- How to check in and manage your appointments;
- How to view and pay your bills.
The information sessions will be held at the following locations:
- MVHS Rome Medical Office, 1617 North James, Suite 900, Rome, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- MVHS Oneida Medical Office, 131 Main Street, Suite 103, Oneida, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
