UTICA, N.Y. – Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) has started a shuttle service at its St. Luke’s Campus. Patients can park their car and get a ride right to the front door of the campus and also be picked up once their appointment is over.

“With the cold weather upon us and the significant distance from some of the St. Luke’s parking lots to the front door, we decided it was important to provide a shuttle service to patients at the St. Luke’s Campus,” said Darlene Stromstad, FACHE, MVHS president/CEO. “We hope this will make life a little easier for those coming to our campus for services.”

Patients who would like to use the service will need to call 315-525-0430 prior to arrival at the campus and then again once parked. A vehicle will pick them up and transport them to the main entrance. The patients will receive a card with the phone number to call to be picked up once their appointment is complete. Patients will park in Lot H to wait for the shuttle.
