The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Eat Right. Live Right. Nutrition Counseling team is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair to celebrate National Nutrition Month during the March Wellness Wednesday at the Utica University Nexus Center.
MVHS Dietitians will be joined by MVHS community outreach registered nurses, who will perform free blood pressure screenings, In Bloom yoga studio, the Sneaker Store, Colleen Winschel Photography, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County, Tibbitts Maple and more. The public is encouraged to stop by to learn nutrition tips, enter for a chance to win gift cards and baskets and interact with local community organizations and vendors.
The Wellness Wednesday Health and Wellness Fair is being held at the Utica University Nexus Center, 300 Oriskany Street West, Utica, on Wednesday, March 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event is free and is open to the public. Wellness Wednesdays provides local residents with a free, temperature-controlled space to walk and move while connecting with community health resources.
