We are so excited to have you join us for the Wynn Hospital Gala on Saturday, September 20, 2025. We know it is going to be a memorable evening. As you and your guests prepare for the event, we want to share a quick overview of the timeline.
Attire is Black Tie
Gala Schedule
- 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Event Registration/Check-In (Exit 33 Atrium)
- 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Cocktail Reception (Exit 33 Atrium and Turquoise Tiger)
- Our reception is generously sponsored by:
IBEW Local Union 43 and NECA Finger Lakes Chapter
- Our reception is generously sponsored by:
- 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. – Dinner (Conference Center)
- 8:30 p.m. – performance by Paul Anka (The Showroom)
- 10:00 p.m. to Midnight – After the performance, please head back to the location of dinner and enjoy music, dancing, and late night bites until midnight.
