This conference is supported by MVHS Diabetes and Endocrine clinic, CNY Diabetes Education program, Bassett Healthcare Network and Slocum-Dickson Medical Group.

This event is open to providers at all levels, (MD, NP/PA), residents, medical students, pharmacists, RNs and other allied health care professionals.
