Dr. Maxian earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Iowa – Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. She completed a Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, a Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery from Michigan International Foot & Ankle Center in Pontiac, Michigan.
Dr. Maxian is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
